In this 2-hour workshop, I'll show you how to easily make your own healthy, vegan, gluten-free, and refined-sugar-free snacks.

You'll prepare two everyday recipes with me and learn how sugar affects your body, why many snacks don't keep you full for long, how to naturally avoid cravings, and the crucial role fats and oils play in nutrition.

All ingredients are included.

The snacks may contain nuts, almonds, and other allergens. Please contact me in advance if you have any intolerances or allergies. (Nut-free options are made with sesame seeds.)

No prior knowledge required.

You don't need to bring anything.

Small group of 6–12 participants.

At the end, you'll go home with new favorite recipes, genuine "aha!" moments, and the feeling that healthy eating can be easy and taste amazing.
