On March 19, 2026, a four-course meal awaits you, complete with wine tasting, culinary delights, and a delightful atmosphere. The price includes the entire menu, four curated wines from the Thanisch winery, and a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival.
Starter:
Salmon and avocado tartare with lime, cucumber relish, and arugula
Intermediate course:
Cream of parsnip soup with truffle oil and a crispy Serrano ham chip
Main course (choice of):
Roasted veal fillet with saffron sauce, lemon risotto, and snow peas
OR
Ravioli with ricotta and spinach, sage butter, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese
Dessert:
Chocolate fondant with raspberry sorbet and fresh berries
