The fascination of fermentation. Super easy and healthy. You'll learn how it works, what to pay attention to, and why this ancient technique is making a real comeback today – without complicated jargon, but hands-on, enjoyable, and with a big dose of fun. We'll work with seasonal vegetables, and you'll prepare your own jar to take home. You'll also receive a handout with information, tips, and recipes – and, of course, a small tasting on site.

Schedule & Details:

The workshop lasts a total of 2 hours.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can settle in comfortably, find a spot, and get started.

For anyone who wants to try something new, eat healthier, live more sustainably, or simply enjoy a lovely, creative evening. No prior knowledge is necessary; curiosity is all you need.
